Neat concept, poorly made

I bought these for my wife and I for our 25th anniversary. Once I attempted to tighten them up one of the metal ends on both bracelets came off. Once I got that fixed I couldn’t understand they would not attach. One of the magnets from one bracelet had came loose and was attached to the other magnet. Just gorilla glued it to see if that will hold.

Amazing customer service

Hello! I ordered a couple bracelets online and did not receive a confirmation email. I emailed the company and got a response the same day! They looked into and it was actually an error made on my part around my email address. Martina was able to find and track my order and forwarded me the info within hours. She was extremely kind and dealt with the issue like a boss!
